<image:caption>Becoming a parent reveals to us our long buried, and often problematic, parent-child relational models provided to us by our caregivers. Many of us on a healing journey are trying to break intergenerational cycles of trauma through our parenting and self-healing work. Through our therapeutic work you will gain tools to help to identify and reorient dysfunctional patterns. I provide a non-violent, grounded, and safe space to heal your inner child, allowing you to be the parent to your own child (and yourself) that you never had.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About Me - Sarah Brock Chávez, LCSW</image:title>
<image:caption>I identify as a cis, queer, mixed-race, Chicana therapist and mother (she/her/hers). I began my healing work 10 years ago in a quest to learn tools to address the trauma of my intersectional lived experience and childhood. Through this work I began to identify a large gap in specialized mental health services for queer, POC-folks and other folks with intersectional identities.</image:caption>
